Apple's outdoor and endurance model keeps the 49 mm titanium case and sapphire crystal but adds the 2026 Health Sensing System, which Apple says samples heart rate 60x more often than Ultra 3. Apple rates it for 50 hours of normal use against 24 for Series 12, and it alone gets dual-frequency GPS, a siren, dive-computer certification and satellite messaging. Every unit is a cellular model.
